| Function | This facility enables the material controller to allocate stock against the requirement of items specified in the requisition and determine the actual quantity to be procured. |
| How To Use | Select the Requisition from the List which are already Project authorised.Click Items to view the Items for the requisition.Select the Item/Material which is to be allocated and click Select. The details are displayed.Enter the quantity to reserve and quantity on order and click Allocate to reserve the given quantity against the requirement. |
| Filter | Selection Criteria Specify the condition to View the Requisition.Click Ok to fetch the requisition based on the condition or Cancel to fetch all requisitions. |
| Query Screen | Select Requisition Select the requisition for which the Allocation is to be done and Click Items. |
| Items | Select Reqn Item Select the Material/Item for which the Allocation is to be done and click Select. |
| Select | Details for Allocation Enter the quantity to be reserved and the quantity on order and click allocate to reserve the entered quantity against the requirement. |
| Pre-requisites | The requisition should have undergone project authorisation. |
