Raise,modify,Delete Requisition (RQ11)
Functionenter the facility description
  
How To UseSpecify the filter conditions to view the requisition.Click Cancel to add a new requisition.Select the Doc type and a new requisition number is generated.Enter the details like the department,purchase cell,cost center etc..Click Items to add the Item details for the Reqn.Add the Schedule and extended description required for the Item and click Ok to save changes.
  
FilterSelection Criteria
Specify the selection Criteria to fetch the Requisition details to be Deleted or Modified.Click Cancel to Add a new Requisition.
  
Query ScreenList or Requisitions
Select Reqn No to Delete or ModifySelect Add to raise a new Requisition.
  
View MoreDetails about the Requisition regarding the header ,schedule,Item and extended description can be viewed.
  
AddAuto Number Form
Select the Automatic Numbering Document No from the List.New Reqn No. is generated by Auto Numbering.Add Requisition
Enter the necessary details like the department,Material Control cell,Purchase cell,cost center etc..Values can also be selected from the list (using Key F9) for the fields with the list Button .Select the buttons Items to enter the respective details.Click Ok to Raise a new Requisition.Click Cancel to discard all changes done.
  
Items(View)View Requisition Items
Click Add to Add a New Item to ReqnSelect an Item to Modify / Delete.Finish to Save.
Items(Add)Add Items to Requisition
Give the Item details viz., Material Code, Rate, Qty etc.,Click OK to Add next Item, finish to save the changes.Select Schedule/ More / Ext Description to Add Item Schedule / More Details / Extended Description for the Reqn Item.Ok to Add another Item and Finish to save Items.
  
Schedule(view)View Item Schedule
Click Add to Add Schedule for Item.Modify/Delete to Modify or Delete existing Schedule.Finish Save changes in Scehdule.
Schedule(Add)Add Schedule for Item
Enter the Schedule date and Quantity Required.Click Ok to Add another Schedule and Finish to Save.
  
Ext DescriptionExtended Description for Item
Extended Description for the Part could be added or deleted usingthe Buttons and .Click Ok to Save Changes.Load from Part - This will load the extended description for the Given Material Code from Part.
