| How To Use | Specify the filter conditions to fetch the Parts based on the criteria.The Sourcing,order policy,reorder quantity,safety stock,date of authorisation etc are all displayed for the Parts.To authorise the part Select the Part and Click Authorise.Click Changes to view all the changes done to the Part details.Click Delete to delete the existing Part.Any changes made can be saved by clicking Ok. |

| Authorise | Select the Part to be authorised and Click Authorise.The Part gets authorised and the authorised status changes to Y and also the date is updated to the Current date. |
| Delete | Select the Part to be deleted and click Delete. The selected part gets deleted from the list. |
