Register Part (BM11)
 
FunctionFacility to register a material part under purchases.
  
How To UseOn entering this facility you displayed a Screen to enter selection criteria for displaying the Parts on the following screen :-Decide whether you want to Register a New Part or Modify/Delete an Existing Part.
Decide to Register a New PartIf you want to Register a New Part Click on CANCEL button and then you will see a Part Screen without any Data. Now Click on ADD button to register New Parts. When you have completed you can view the data based on the filter criteria.
Decide to Modify/ Delete a PartIf you want to Modify / Delete a Part then Enter the Part no. in the filter screen to display the details of the Part on the subsequent screen. Click the Modify or Delete to carry out the action.

Query ScreenList of Parts

A list of all Materials satisfying the filter criteria is displayed.
  
AddAdd Material Part

Enter details relating to the part and click OK to save.
  
ModifyClick to modify Part details. Screen displays the details of the part.

Make necessary changes and click OK to Save.
  
DeleteDeletion of Part Provided there is no Stock

Click to delete a selected Part. Click OK to confirm deletion.
  
Stk DetailsMaintain Stock Details for Part

Make necessary changes and click OK to save.
  
Issue DetailsMaintain Issue Details for Part

Make necessary changes and click OK to save.
  
Engg DetailsMaintain Part Engineering Details

Enter necessary details and click OK to save details.
