Raise,Modify,Delete Production PO(PU09)

Function	Raise, Modify or Delete PO.
How To Use
Filter	Selection Criteria for the PO Specify the Selection Criteria to restrict PO display.Click Ok.Click Cancel to Raise PO.
	Order Panel Information
Query Screen	List of Purchase Orders Select PO No to Delete or ModifySelect Add to Raise a New PO.
View More	Details about the Selected PO regarding the Items/Tariff/Terms/Delivery/Freight Forward etc can be Viewed.Addition/deletion or modification of any information is not Possible and it is Strictly meant for the detailed Viewing of the corresponding document only.
Amendment Details	Amendment Panel Details Details of amendment like the authority,remarks etc could be entered for the orders which are operational and to be amended.Prior Amendments displays the details of previous amendments.
Add	Add PO Select the Automatic Numbering Document No from the List.New PO No. is generated by Auto Numbering.Enter the necessary details like the Due date ,Supplier etc.Values can also be selected from the list (using Key F9) for the fieldswith the list Button .Select the buttons Items/Tariff/Terms/Delivery/Frt.Fwd to enter the respective details.Click Ok to Raise PO.Click Cancel to discard all changes done.
Tariff	Add PO Header Tariff Add/Modify/Delete the Header level Tariff details.Click Finish to Save Changes.
Terms	Add PO Terms Specify the Price terms, Payment terms etc., for the PO from the List of Values Provided.Click Back to get back or More Terms to specify the Term Type.
Delivery	Delivery Details for PO Enter the Destination details as the Delivery details.
Freight Forwarder	Freight Forwarder Enter the details of the Forwarder .
	Item Information
Items(View)	View PO Items Click Add to Add a New Item to PO.Select an Item to Modify / Delete.Finish to Save.
Items(Add)	Add Items to PO Give the Item details viz., Material Code, Rate, Qty etc.,Click OK to Add next Item, finish to save the changes.Select Schedule/ Item tariff / Ext Description to Add Item Schedule / Item tariff / Extended Description for the PO Item.Ok to Add another Item and Finish to save Items.
	Item Schedule Information
Schedule(view)	View Item Schedule Click Add to Add Schedule for Item.Modify/Delete to Modify or Delete existing Schedule.Finish Save changes in Schdule.
Schedule(Add)	Add Schedule for Item Click Ok to Add another Schedule and Finish to Save.
	Extended Description
Ext Description	Extended Description for Item Extended Description for the Part could be added or deleted usingthe Buttons and .Click Ok to Save Changes
Load From Part	This will load the extended description for the Given Material Code from Part.
	Item Tariff
Item Tariff(view)	View Item Tariff Click Add to Add new Item level Tariff.Modify/Delete to Modify/Delete existing Item Tariff.Finish to Save the changes.
Item Tariff(Add)	Add Item Tariff Ok to Add another Tariff, Finish to save.
