FunctionMaintaining Process sheets for Parts.
  
How To UseIn the Process Sheet window select the "Part No" and press tab all the item values corresponding to the "Part No" will be displayed as below.



 Click Add button a screen similar to the present screen will be displayed. In that select the "Part No" and press tab until the cursor reaches the column "No" in Issue canvas.

Now click the "Operations" button "Maintain PS Operations" window will be displayed as below.





Click "Add" button an "Add operation" window will be displayed as below.

Now Enter the data and press "Ok" to conform the operation. Now the added data will be in the "Maintain PS Operation" window which is shown below.(Here theadded record is Drilling)

Similarly, the added record "Drilling" can be modified to say "Grinding"by clicking "Modify" button. After the "modify" button is clicked a windowsimilar to the above one will be displayed. Now the user can change the desired thing and click "ok" to save changes. Now the record "Drilling" has been changed to "Grinding" which is shown below.

The modified record can be deleted using "Delete" button. Click "Delete"a "Delete Operation" window will be opened as below.

Click "ok" a message called "Deleted operation" will be shown.Click "ok" to complete the operation.




 
DeleteClick delete to delete the highlighted data in process sheet. Click "Ok" to confirm deletion.

 
ModifyClick modify to make the required changes in process sheet. Screen similar to add will be displayed. Make necessary changes and click "Ok" to save changes
