FunctionFacility to set up the schedules and sub schedules to be presented in the Schedule 6 format along with the account groups which participate in each schedule / sub-schedule.
  
How To UseMaintain Schedules and Sub Schedules

Select the Category for which schedules and sub-schedules need to be set up and press . List of all schedules, sub-schedules and account groupings is seen. Use buttons and to add / delete schedules, sub-schedules and account groups. Click button Change Sch to shift a selected sub-schedule to another schedule. Similarly click Change Sub-sch to shift selected account group to a different sub-schedule.
  
A/c GroupsMaintain Account Groups

This facility is used to group accounts under an account group. This is better explained in section Group A/Cs (FS02)
  
PresentationMaintain Presentation Format

This facility is used to maintain the format on how the information should be presented in Excel. This is better explained in section Presentation Setup (FS05)
  
SummaryMaintain Presentation Summary

This facility is used to maintain the data that needs to be summarised and during presentation. This is better explained in section Presentation Summary (FS06)
  
Unassigned GroupClick button to view a list of all Account groups that have not been assigned to a sub-schedule till now.
  
Switching GroupsClick button to view a list of all account groups that have been transferred from one sub-schedule to another.
