Enter the Year ID, Account Code and Remarks and click OK to save.

| Copy to Next Yr | Click to copy the same accounts as frozen to the next year. |
| Incl Accounts | Click button to include all accounts which are dormant during the year i.e. no entries have been passed. |
| Add | Add Account to be Frozen Enter the Year ID, Account Code and Remarks and click OK to save. |
| Modify | Click to modify data on frozen account. Screen displays account details. Make necessary changes and click OK to save changes. |
| Delete | Click to remove an account from frozen account list. Screen displays account information. Click OK to confirm deletion. |
