FunctionModify narration and/or Analysis codes for a given voucher.
  
How To Use 
  
Filter and QueryFilter and View
Enter Doc Type, Year-ID, Period Label and the Voucher No to view.Details of the voucher are seen.Click Event to change the Event and/or Voucher Level Analysis.Click Modify to change other Details.
  
EventEvent Change
Make necessary changes and click ok to save changes.NOTE:- Any line analysis that exists is shown. Click "Overwrite Line Analysis" to make line analysis same as Voucher Level Analysis.
  
ModifyChange Analysis/Narration.
Make necessary changes and click OK to Save changes.Click Analysis to change Analysis details.
  
AnalysisAnalysis for Account Code.
Select analysis code requiring modification and click Modify to make changes.Click finish on completion to save details.
