| How To Use | Specify the Cutoff date to view the Suppliers on DCs registered beyond the given date.Select the document number.Click Raise 57F4 to raise a new challan.an option is displayed whether to combine the DC to an existing challan or not.If the Option Yes is selected then the challans raised for the given supplier are shown.Select the Challan into which the DC is to combined and click Ok.The Items from the existing DC gets included in the selected Challan.If option No is selected then the Process is Aborted.If Cancel is selected then a new challan number is generated using the Auto number Form. |

Select the challan raised for the given supplier from the List.After the DC is combined to the selected challan the control passes to Raise 57F4 challan |
