| How To Use | Select the Enquiry No for which the Quote is to be raised.The details about the Enquiry like the Supplier,Type are all displayed.The Hdr Tariff,Item Tariff,Enquiry Terms are entered for the Supplier.Additional Quote facilitates in registering Additional quote sent by the Supplier. |

| Filter | Select Supplier/Vendor
Select the Enquiry No and click Quote to register the quote details against the Selected Supplier. |

| Quote | Register Quote for Supplier
For the Selected Supplier the Quote details are registered.Mark Is Quoted Check box to Quote an enquiry Item.Enter the Minimum Supply lot size,exchange rate Qty etc.. |

| Hdr Tariff/Item Tariff | View Tariff for Quote
Tariff details for the Quote/Item are displayed.Click Add/modify/Delete to add a new Tariff or to modify or delete the existing tariff details. |
| Add | Add Tariff for the Quote
Enter the Cost Element,level,percentage round basis etc and click Ok to Save Changes. |
| Modify/Delete | Modify/Delete Tariff for Quote
Select the Tariff details to be modified or deleted and click Modify/Delete for the action. |

Enter the enquiry terms for the Quote for the supplier like the Delivery date ,destination etc. |

Enter the detailed terms like the payment terms,delivery remarks etc.Click Ok to save changes. |

| Addnl Quote | Creates an Additional Quote for the Original quote by incrementing the existing Quote Seq, so that details could be given in for the New Quote,for the given Enquiry and Supplier. |
