| How To Use | Select the Part Number for the List for which the alternate Part number is to be registered.Click Add to register Alternate Part for a new Part.Click Delete/Modify to delete an existing Part details or modify the details.Enter the Supplier Code and part no if the part is a Purchased Part.Enter the Assembly to which the Part is Applicable.Click Ok to save changes. |

| Query Screen | View Alternate Part Details
Select the Part No for which the details are to be Viewed from the list.Click Add to register details for a new part.click Modify or Delete to modify or delete the details. |

Select the Part No from the list for which the Alternate Part is to be registered.Enter the Alternate Part no,Supplier Code if the part is a purchased part,Supplier Part,the assembly to which the Part is applicable the remarks etc and Click Ok to save changes. |

Select the Part no for the displayed list for which the details are to be altered.Enter the details which are to be altered like the alternate part no,supplier code etc and Click Ok to save changes. |
