| View ExtendedDescription | View Extended description Select the Part to Add/ Modify/ Delete Extended description and click Edit Desc. |
| Edit Desc | Edit Description Add a new description line for the Part using the button  Modify existing description lines as required. To Delete the description line use the button  . The description Type could be changed.Click OK to Save. |
