| How To Use | Specify the usage from the list.The registration date and the reference.This Usage and reg date will be used up in the table specifically.Specify the Number of rows to be fetched from the Xl sheet.Select the file name which is the Xl sheet containing the data to be loaded using the Open file.Click Read file to read and load the data to the form.All the rows having erroneous data will be displayed in yellow indicating error.Correct the data as required.Certain values can be altered using the list provided. |

| Main Screen | View Loaded Data
The data as entered by the User in the Xl sheet is absorbed and displayed for further correction.All the columns with the values as entered by the user in the sheet is displayed.The Errors alone can viewed using the Show errors check box. |

| Validate | The correctness of the data is checked.All values entered should be valid otherwise the message is flashed for the required data in specified row.once All the data entered is validated indicated by the #Err as 0 then the Extract button is enabled.Rows can also be deleted using the button  . |

| Extract | Extraction option
Once all the values are validated the option is Displayed whether to Continue or not.Click Yes to continue.The data is loaded into the database tables.Click No to skip the Process. |

Once the data is read and loaded into the form the errors if any can also be viewed in separate Xl sheet.This is just to facilitate easy correction of data. |
