| Add | Add Debit Advice Enter Debit Advice Ref No., Date, Party Account Code, the Amount, and Remarks if any. Click OK to save the Advice.Click Bills Partly Acctd to see a list of short passed bills for the selected party. |
| Coverage | List of Short Passed Bills Covered A List of short passed bills that are covered by the debit advice is seen.Bills under cover may be Added, Modified or Deleted.Add to Cover  Use buttons  ,  ,  ,  to select / deselect bills.Click OK to save Coverage.Bill Coverage can similarly be modified or deleted |
| Modify | Click to modify Debit Advice and/or its coverage. Screen similar to Add facility is seen. Make necessary changes and Click OK to save changes. |
| Delete | Click to delete a Debit Advice. Debit Advice details are shown. Click OK to confirm Deletion. Bill Coverage is removed. |
